On November,1989 in the City of Ponce Puerto Rico by God's direction I was called to be a Pastor in the City of Milwaukee. I came to the City of Milwaukee on December,1989. I was Ordained Evangelist Minister by my former Pastor the Rev. Jose Luis Oliveras and Rev. Gilberto Lopez on Thursday May 28, 1992 at the Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal M.I. (807 W. Mitchell St. Milwaukee, WI 53204) and now located at 1424 South Greenfield, St. Milwaukee, WI 53204.

We Incorporated the Ministry Alarma Inc. under chapter 181 - The Wisconsin Nonstock Corporation Law and the Certificate Of Exempt Status for Religious, Charitable, Scientific, Educational Organization, Section 77.54(9a) of the Wisconsin Statutes and the (EIN) Number from the Department of Treasury IRS on February 24, 1992 in a house on 3123 N. Booth St. Milwaukee, WI 53212 . It was a very small house to handle so much need in a mixed community, so on January 5, 1995 we open our doors on 3279 N. Holton St. Milwaukee, WI 53212 with the City Occupancy Permit Chapters 200 and 295 of the Building and Zoning Codes.

On June 9, 1995 was the Open House with the City Alderman James Witkowiak and the City Supervisor Antony Zielinski, Rev. Lomar Davis and others. I was Ordain Pastor Minister by my former Pastor Rev. Salvador Santiago Lugo from the Church Sello de Redencion and former Mayor in the Town of Peñuelas Puerto Rico and the Witness was Pastor Hector Morales from the council Assembly of God. So that's how (IEPA) was born by the Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Now located in the Racine County at 625 17th Street, Racine WI 53403, we reach out and educate the needy and forgotten in our community through prayer, building friendship, networking, information sharing, seminars, and other innovative means.
